Dolly is a seasoned Chartered Project Management Surveyor with over 12 years of experience in project and development management consultancy within the construction and property industry. Her career has spanned roles with contractors, consultancies, and developers. Dolly now specialises in offering bespoke consultancy services, guiding projects from inception to post-construction. Dolly has a network of key experienced subconsultants she works with to reinforce her team as required. 

 

The evaluation of key issues and advising on optimal solutions to complex project and development challenges form an integral part of Dolly’s skill set. She is adept at providing both strategic direction and hands-on support across various construction activities and workstreams as required. Dolly is confident in supporting Executive Directors with key decisions in development and construction, as well as establishing practical strategies for value-add capital projects.

 

Through her involvement in new build, refurbishment, and recladding schemes, Dolly has gained invaluable experience in managing diverse stakeholders, including planning authorities, investors, incoming tenants, residents, and government organisations.
